2. Do you work remotely or onsite?
Our services are delivered remotely, ensuring flexibility and cost-effectiveness. For specific HR needs (such as onsite training or recruitment), we can discuss tailored arrangements.
3. How do your hourly rates work?
Virtual Assistant services are billed at NZD $50 per hour, while HR services range from NZD $60–$115 per hour depending on the complexity. For clients who want predictable costs, we offer fixed-price packages and prepaid hourly blocks.
4. Can unused Virtual Assistant hours roll over?
Yes - prepaid VA hours roll over for 30 days, so you don’t lose value if you have a quieter month.
5. What if I only need one specific document (e.g., an employment agreement or policy)?
We can provide one-off documents or templates at fixed fees. For example, employment agreements or core policies can be purchased individually.
6. How do you handle sensitive HR information?
Confidentiality is a top priority. All employee and client information is handled securely, and we adhere to strict privacy and compliance standards in line with the Privacy Act 2020.
7. How long does it take to set up HR systems like HRIS or Handbooks?
HRIS Setup: Typically 15–20 hours depending on the size of your team.
Handbook & Policies: Around 10–15 hours for a standard 20-page handbook with one round of edits.
8. Can I combine HR and Virtual Assistant services?
Yes — many of our clients use a blend of both. For example, we can manage HR compliance while also handling email, scheduling, or travel arrangements.
9. What happens if I need support outside the package scope?
Anything beyond the agreed package (extra policies, additional agreements, extended VA hours) will be billed at the relevant hourly rate, always discussed with you in advance.
